Websites, online stores, apps and the systems behind them.
I build for small businesses, musicians and nonprofits. I have run companies for 30 years and managed IT projects for New York State for 16. Every project gets a fixed price, agreed before I start, and one person you can call.

New
Your domain, email and website, sorted.
Lost the login to your domain? Emails landing in spam? Website down and nobody to call? This is where most small businesses get stuck, and it is where I start.
- Domain. I move your domain into an account you own and control, and I keep a record of every login.
- DNS. I set up your records correctly, so your website, email and other tools all work together.
- Business email. [email protected], set up so your messages reach inboxes, not spam folders. I move your old mail across.
- Hosting. Your site on my own platform, with daily backups, security updates, SSL, protection against attacks and uptime monitoring.
- One person to call. No ticket queue, no call center.
from [$250] to set up · from [$30] a month to keep running
Tech and AI advice
AI can save you hours a week, or send a wrong answer to a client. I help you pick the right tools, set guardrails so a person reviews before anything is sent, protect your data, and cancel the subscriptions nobody uses.
Case study
How a Manhattan music school cancelled three paid apps.
The situation. 25 teachers, hundreds of students, two studios rented by the hour, a concert series and trips abroad. Billing, booking, payroll and accounting lived in separate tools that did not talk to each other. Every mistake cost staff hours, and the owners could not see which programs made money.
What changed
- Students buy lessons, join classes and book studio time online, with no staff involved.
- Cards on file renew automatically, and nobody is charged without a notice first.
- A door code is created for every booking and only works at that time.
- The books moved in-house on January 1, 2026. Bank feeds match themselves every morning.
- Profit is visible per program and per teacher, not just for the school as a whole.
- Every morning an automated check reads the errors, the payments and the books and sends a plain-English note.
The results
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Four separate tools and a bookkeeper’s spreadsheet | One system |
| Bank reconciliation by hand, weekly | Zero hours; the queue clears itself |
| QuickBooks, Planyo and Streak CRM, each paid separately | All three cancelled |
| Profit known for the whole school | Profit known per program and per teacher |
| Staff enters every sale | Students buy online, day and night |
I am a co-owner of this school, so I had every reason to make it work. Your business gets the same attention with a fixed price and a deadline.
See everything I can build
| Area | What that means in practice |
|---|---|
| Online payments | Stripe and PayPal: cards on file, subscriptions and recurring plans, installment plans, payment links, gift cards, discount codes, 3D Secure, refunds and credits |

| Room booking and door access | Studio, practice-room and conference-room reservations in 30-minute slots with pricing by duration, member rates, overlap prevention and automatic blocking around events; every reservation generates a door code that unlocks only during the booked time (RemoteLock smart locks), with nightly reconciliation and battery alerts; class scheduling with capacity, waitlists, holiday calendars and make-up sessions |
| Billing and accounting | Recurring billing that runs itself: 4-week autocharge, auto-renewals with advance notice, installment plans, cards on file, failed-payment retries and alerts; invoices, statements, credits and refunds, client balances reconciled nightly; a full double-entry ledger with Plaid bank feeds, reconciliation, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and 1099 reports |

| Security | Two-factor login, role-based access, IP and country blocking, automated backups and disaster recovery |
| AI in operations | AI-drafted replies reviewed by a person, auto-tagging of media, daily automated health checks of errors, payments and books |
| Inventory and capacity | Digital inventory of what you sell: lesson and session packages that count down as they are used, class seats per instrument with waitlists, studio hours, gift-card balances, trip places by room type; low-stock and renewal alerts sent automatically |
| Mobile apps | A companion app for your clients and staff on the App Store, connected to the same system as your website: schedules, balances, bookings and notifications in their pocket |
| HR and staff onboarding | Onboarding flows by employment type (W-2 or contractor) with policy acknowledgments and e-signatures, rate cards, hours logging, sick leave, expense reimbursements, document and pay-stub links, door-access rights that follow employment status, and a quarterly value statement sent to each team member |
| Events, trips and ticketing | Public calendars, concert and recital tickets, multi-day trips with room types, price tiers, add-ons, deposits and balances, audition uploads; events mirrored between organizations automatically |
| Media library | Photo and video library on cloud storage with Google Drive import, access levels, AI auto-tagging and face recognition for your team |
Built with Python, Django and Wagtail, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Cloudflare, AWS, DigitalOcean and Heroku, WordPress and React. Every change runs a full automated test suite before it reaches a live site.
How I work.
- A free 30-minute call. You describe the mess; I tell you if I can fix it and roughly what it costs.
- A one-page proposal with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
- Short check-ins while I build, so you can redirect early.
- Training for your team, then a month of included support.
I design, decide and test every feature myself; AI tools write much of the code. That is why I can deliver custom systems at small-business prices.
I take on three outside projects at a time.
