For firms that cannot afford downtime.

Your website and email, quietly reliable.

Boutique financial firms, law offices, accountants and retail stores. The site does not go down, the email reaches the inbox, and when something needs doing there is one person to call.

Security and reliability

I spent 16 years in the IT department of the New York State Insurance Fund, as a project manager and head of Access Control. That is where I learned what it costs when a system people depend on stops working.

In practice, for your firm: nightly backups with a restore that has actually been rehearsed rather than assumed, security updates applied every month, SSL that renews itself, and monitoring so a problem reaches me before it reaches you.

Email, done properly.

The thing small firms get wrong most often, and the one that costs them clients.

  • Mail that arrives. Your domain set up with the records that tell the world your mail is really yours, so it lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder.
  • Nobody can impersonate your firm. Those same records stop somebody sending an invoice that appears to come from your address — the fraud that has taken real money out of real law firms.
  • [email protected]. Proper business addresses, with your old mail moved across.
  • A record of every login. Domain, DNS, mail, hosting, in an account in your name. You are never locked out of your own business.

Built to last

The New York Jazz Workshop runs on a platform I built and still run: online sales, cards on file, studio booking, door codes, payroll and double-entry accounting, plus an iPhone app on the App Store. It has handled real money and real bookings every day since 2024.

I am a co-owner of that school, so I had every reason to make it work. A firm gets the same attention with a fixed price and a deadline.

Who this is for

Small enough that you do not have an IT department, serious enough that the website and the email have to work. Most firms this size are paying three suppliers and chasing all of them.
